Kayla Oughton
Kayla Oughton is a neurodiversity coach with a refreshingly direct, authentic, and affirming style. She draws from a powerful combination of lived experience, coaching training, and a high-pressure career in construction project management – where she navigated undiagnosed ADHD and autism in a fast-paced, male-dominated industry for over a decade.
Kayla is known for “cutting through the fluff” while still being incredibly warm and real. Her coaching supports clients to unmask, untangle patterns that no longer serve them, and create systems that support both performance and wellbeing. She works particularly well with people who’ve felt like they’ve had to “power through” for too long – and are ready for a different way.
