Hilary Momberger Powers

Upon finding sobriety in 1983 Hilary Momberger Powers has been a mentor, writer and public speaker in recovery for over forty years.

What you might not know about Hilary is that she started working in front of a camera at five years old, landing her first audition as SALLY BROWN in the PEANUTS cartoons. Hilary went on to voice Sally in seven Peanut's Special. She worked non-stop in Hollywood until her early teens.

But Childhood fame has a price. After living under the control of a narcissistic mother, the famous quote of cartoon character Sally Brown, "Who cares?", became the truth Hilary lived until it nearly destroyed her.

Upon getting sober in 1983 Hilary focused on her education, earning her degree as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, working in hospitals, clinics and, finally as a Drug Rehab Counselor.
